This new stacker development is different from all other systems. During stacking the pieces are not disturbed because they do not come into contact with belts or wiper blades for example. The STAPELFIX stackers are designed to work with a high degree of accuracy and performance. They can operate in conjunction with any fusing press and incorporate problem-free technology for continuous production. The equipment can deal with pieces lengths from 10-130 cm and to a height of 100-150 pieces.

DOUBLE-STAPELFIX

For larger presses which are operated from both sides, the STAPELFIX system in double format is available. This double stacker is not only capable of independent operation as two separate units but can also be worked as one full size stacker utilizing its total width for large pieces.
Customized stackers , up to 2 m width, for other makes of fusing press are also available.
