FORCED MECHANICAL FEED
The forced control of PTFE fiberglass conveyor belts is accomplished with deflection rollers, which are made of a hard material (hard chromium-plated or better). The advantage is that the rollers do not turn. Instead the belt slides across them. The special shape of this roller guaranties the exact guidance of the belt.
Chain - Forced Control
Vaporetta fiberglass conveyor belts that are used with chain-forced control have eyelets along the edge. In order to achieve an optimal guidance of the conveyor belts, they are fixed with tension springs to a moving chain.
